Return policy

Sales Are Final – Our products are carefully packed and shipped via a certified parcel carrier.
TWWDEA fully guarantees that your order will arrive in mint condition. The content of your order cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.

If we have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Once you have notified us, please repackage the item and make sure to include a copy of your order receipt as well as an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item. If you no longer have your order receipt, please include your full name, address and the date you placed your order.
We recommend that you send your return back via an insured carrier. Please email ruby@wedonteatanimals.com for a return address.

-Shipping charges are not refundable
-Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
-Refunds and/or exchanges are not applicable to damaged returns. Make sure your package is packed carefully.
